1. Grant of license

Upon full payment, Aucip ("we") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as described in section 6), worldwide license to use the purchased item ("Item") in one end product as described above.

2. Activations

The Item may be activated on the number of production domains stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Development, staging and local environments may be activated free of charge within reasonable limits. Activation data (domain, IP, version) is processed as described in our Privacy policy.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the Item or its source code, even if modified; (b) remove or bypass license checks; (c) use the Item to create a competing marketplace product; (d) use a Regular license for an end product that is sold or behind paid access.

4. Updates and support

Updates are provided through the in-app updater and your dashboard. Support is provided for the period stated on the product page per our Support policy and may be renewed.

5. Revocation

We may suspend or revoke a license if payment is reversed (refund, chargeback), if these terms are breached, or if a key is shared publicly. Revocation disables future activations and updates.

6. Transfers

You may transfer a license once to another account through your dashboard. The transfer moves all rights; you lose access to the Item.

7. Third-party components

Items may include open-source components licensed under their own terms, which prevail for those components.

8. Warranty and liability

Items are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Item. See our Terms of service.
