Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case — but we always aim to be fair.
You're eligible for a refund if
- The item does not work as described and our support team cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- The item has a security vulnerability we cannot fix in a timely manner;
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount;
- The item was materially misdescribed on its product page.
Requests should be made within 30 days of purchase (or 14 days for EU consumers, see below), via a support ticket that includes your order number.
Refunds are usually not given when
- You changed your mind or no longer need the item;
- You don't have the technical skills to use it, or your server doesn't meet the published requirements;
- The issue is caused by third-party plugins, hosting or customisation;
- You bought the wrong license type — contact us and we'll upgrade you for the difference instead.
Full vs partial refunds
- Full refund: the order's licenses are revoked and deactivated.
- Partial refund (e.g. goodwill credit, duplicate support renewal, price adjustment): your licenses stay active.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method in the order currency at the amount you paid. Banks typically take 5–10 business days. For bank transfer and UPI payments we refund to the account the payment came from.
Chargebacks
If you open a dispute with your bank, licenses on that order are put on hold until it's resolved. Please contact us first — it's almost always faster.
EU/UK consumers
By downloading an item you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
