Aucip Book

Aucip Book turns WooCommerce into a booking system for salons, barbers, spas and clinics. Customers book several services with several staff members, add retail products, and pay in a single WooCommerce checkout. Slots are held while in the cart and re-checked at checkout, so two customers can't book the same time.

Features

• Multi-appointment cart: several services and staff, plus shop products, in one order.
• Slot holds: a slot is reserved for a configurable time (default 15 min) under a per-staff database lock, then re-validated on the cart and at checkout.
• "Any available" staff: round-robin by least-recently-booked or fewest bookings that day.
• Book back-to-back: "Book the next service right after this one" chains appointments, with buffers respected.
• Flexible payment per service: pay in full, deposit (% or fixed) or pay on site; balance shown in cart and stored on the order.
• Services: categories, durations, buffers before/after, add-ons/extras (extra time and price), per-staff price overrides.
• Staff: weekly hours with breaks, days off/holidays, optional WordPress login with access to their own calendar only.
• Admin calendar: day, week and staff-column views, drag to reschedule, click to change status, click empty space for manual bookings.
• Appointments list: filter by status, staff and date; inline status changes; CSV export.
• Cancellation rules: a refund window (refunds through WooCommerce) and a late-cancel policy: forfeit or block.
• Customer self-service: My Appointments block and My Account → Appointments to view, reschedule and cancel.
• Notifications: editable confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails with .ics attachments; staff copies; reminders via Action Scheduler.
• SMS/WhatsApp-ready: aucip_book_notification hook to connect your own provider (no SMS provider bundled).
• 4 blocks + shortcodes: Booking Form, Service List, Staff List, My Appointments.
• Lightweight front end: a dependency-free vanilla JS booking form.
• Modern WooCommerce: HPOS and Cart & Checkout blocks compatible; classic checkout works too.
• Developer-friendly: REST API (aucip-book/v1), lifecycle actions, and filters for slots and refunds.
• Appearance settings: accent colour, corner roundness or your theme's colours, with a live preview.
• Setup wizard and demo salon: first service, staff, hours and booking page in a few steps.
• Pay at appointment: clear "Pay at your appointment" line, and "Confirm booking" when nothing is due online.
• Licensing: daily licence check with aucip.com. After a 14-day grace period, admin settings and updates lock until the licence verifies; the front end keeps working. Only the licence key, domain and version info are sent.

License prices

One licence = one end product. Free local installs (localhost/.test) plus up to 3 staging installs on staging subdomains per licence; staging doesn't count against your production domain. Each additional end product needs another licence. Installation is a paid add-on, sold separately.
